The heart and the dangling oval gems will me made with your selection of the synthetic opal. The opal is dome shaped (rounded outward on the surface, creating some depth). The stones are prong set for security.

The top ball is solid gold and internally threaded. The barbell is solid gold and available in 14 karat white or yellow gold. You may select from 5/16", 3/8", 1/2" or 9/16" length barbell.
