What length belly button ring should you wear?: The standard length curved barbell is either 3/8" or 7/16". At the mall, you will find mostly the 7/16" length. If this is too long for you, you need the 5/16" length curved barbell.

If the standard size is too short / tight (but you can still physically put on this piece), you need the 1/2" length.

If the standard size can not even be physically worn, then you need the longest 9/16" curved barbell.

If the standard size has always been a good fit, then stick with the 3/8" or 7/16" (only 1mm difference on these 2 sizes).
