Web customers may mail a personal check for jewelry orders, or call in an order using a credit card.

Piercing Policy

Must be 18 years of age, with driver's license to receive a body piercing.

If you are under 18 but at least 14 years old, you may receive a body piercing if you are accompanied by a parent. If you are 12 years old, you may receive lobe piercings only and must be accompanied by your parent. Any minors will need a birth certificate and the parent will need a driver's license, per NH state law.

Jewelry Return Policy: We will repair or replace (depending on the individual situation) any defective products within 90 days from shipping, or being purchased in the store. If your purchase was made on line, please email your situation before shipping a defective product back to us.

All body jewelry sold by Pierce This 2, LLC is prepared in a heat sealed, zip lock bag. Returns for exchange or refund will be accepted only if the heat seal is in tact.

Due to health reasons, we can not accept returned body jewelry if the heat seal has been opened. This is the only way that we can guarantee that everyone will receive new & unused body jewelry. Thank You for your understanding.

Canceled Orders: Due to the high cost from credit card processing companies and the cost of postage, there will be a 10% restocking fee for canceled orders, and a 20% restocking fee for custom made gold orders that are returned. Please be sure that you want the jewelry before completing the order, as the credit card company does not reimburse their service charges.
